Mark Hiley - Director

Mark has spent more than 20yrs years in the film/TV industries in roles from Producer to Chief Executive. He is head of Bafta-winning Rapido Television, responsible for names like Graham Norton, Johnny Vaughan, Antoine de Caunes and over 100 hit shows.

He has worked for the boards of a long list of independent production companies, specialising in many genres; Children's producers including Tell-Tale Productions (BBC's Tweenies) & Create Film&TV (BBC's Little Robots, Bionicle); Travel producers including Pilot Productions (Lonely Planet) & Ewan McGregor's Long Way Round Productions; Factual Producers including TV6 (BBC's Horizon) & 3BM TV (C4's Secret History); And Comedy Producers including Angel Eye (C4's Edinburgh or Bust, Ricky Gervais). Mark also advises non-production TV companies, from TV distributors, Electric Sky, to mobile-content giant, WIN Plc.

His last production was Channel 4's highest-rating factual show of the year and, on the film side, Mark is presently a director of 4 film production companies and spent 3yrs working with Terry Jones and others from the Monty Python production team as Joint Exec Producer. He was Chairman at Broadcast Magazine's conference on TV funding and Keynote Speaker at the Television Business International Annual Summit.

Mark Call - Head of Strategy

Mark is a highly experienced strategy and organisational expert, with an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. After leaving the management of strategy consultants McKinsey & Co., Mark set up his own consultancy practice, which was successfully sold in the mid 90's. He went on to accept the office of Prime Minister's Personal Political Advisor, one of the most coveted strategy posts in the world.

Now back in the private sector, and having recently spearheaded the establishment of a £1bn investment fund (he remains a non-executive Director), Mark brings a wealth of valuable skills to clients wanting to set up production-development funds, and raise money. A serial entrepreneur and business angel, he has investments in a wide variety of enterprises including property, bars and clubs, in addition to those in the media industry.

Mark brings the entertainment-industry valuable skills in organisational and institutional strengthening, as well as commercial and business development. His creative skills are legendary and not normally associated with management consultants! This, combined with his high-level analytical skills, is helping Saturn clients to 'think outside the box'.

Mark retains interests in a number of entertainment companies, and has just completed the acquisition of Rapido Television.

Pete Jones - Creative Director

Pete heads Saturn Visions™ - Saturn's high-end solution for corporate and production branding. He is one of the industry's best respected design experts, specialising in making companies and productions look like the highly commercial giants they aspire to be! Pete has been working with Saturn clients - on a contract basis - for more than 5 years, and was recently given the full time post as Head of Saturn Visions™. He has been responsible for design and online projects from Python's Messiah Pictures, to 007 James Bond. Prior to his television and film work, Pete was the senior creative engine inside a range of well known PR & media companies.

Pete and his development team have a reputation for rapid solutions to ultra-high-end branding requirements.

Richard Jeffs - Business Development Expert

Richard has a background in ITV where he was head of the programme services at Central, controlling budgets and rights and over 400 staff.

He was formally International Business Affairs Manager at Action Time and for the last ten years has been a consultant on International and UK Television Rights with a specialisation in Format and Library Licences and exploitation worldwide.

In a career spanning 30 years, Richard has worked for BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky, NBC, Universal and Endemol. He also lectures on the History of Television and the International TV Market.

Mark Devine - Grant Funding & Development Expert

Mark is the former Head of Development for UK Feature Network, and the renowned Film & Television commercial production outfit Pegasus Pictures. Mark's background is in script sourcing, development, production and talent packaging...and includes senior experience as an agent for the world's largest talent agency, ICM.

Over recent years, he has been focussing (successfully) on obtaining grants from various International Film Funds - including the MEDIA Plus Slate Fund of the European Union, to enhance a slate of television and film projects.

He is currently working with various projects including the development and packaging of the 8m historical comic drama 'The Convict King'.

Glasford Daley – President of Saturn Entertainment Developments Inc.

Glasford Daley is a well known and respected figure in Hollywood, and is well positioned to head Saturn's US counterpart. He has worked with companies from William Morris to Miramax, and with artists from Morgan Freeman to Robert Duvall.
